Opening: President Shannon Thompson called the meeting to order at 5:25 p.m.

Roll Call:    Roll Call was completed by Secretary Nicole Thompson.

A total of 8 families were present for the meeting.

 

Guests: The Hauser’s daughter, Jaimee and her boyfriend Jason.

 

Treasurer Report:

As reported by Treasurer Russ Thomann:

Beginning Balance    $ 840.29

New Business:

Taco Salad will be the meal in September, being organized by Donna Burnett. See her to signup to bring ingredients

like cheese, tomatoes, chips, etc.

 

Announcements:

The August Birthdays and Anniversaries were celebrated.

 

 

NEXT CAMPOUT:

Next Campout will be September 26 – 28 at Pomona Lake – Michigan Valley. Dinner on Saturday night will be Taco Salad

organized by the Burnett’s. If not signed up to bring ingredients, Last Name A – L bring a Side Dish and Last Name M – Z bring a Desert.
