Opening: President Dean Porter called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
Roll Call: Roll Call was taken by
Nicole Thompson with 14 families present.
Guests: Dorothy,
Janet, Fred, Chip, Misty and members of Scout Troop 6149.
Treasurer
Report: Russ Thomann gave the TreasurerÕs Report:

We
finalized the 2025 Camping dates and locations on Sunday, October 27th.
Officers
elected on Sunday were: Shannon Thompson – President, Terry Christensen
– Vice President, Newsletter and Webmaster,

Thompson – Secretary, Russ Thomann – Treasurer and Dean Porter
– Fun Committee.

before the planning meeting on Sunday!!

YOU to all who participated in the Chili Cookoff!! 1st place was Russ Fritz (#6), 2nd
place was Terry Christensen (#3)

3rd place was David Robison (#10).

and Manny were the Winners of Cornhole.
Andrew
won Best Camper decoration with the Jump Starting Skeletons.
Russ
Thomann will be accepting the 2025 dues at the Christmas Party. $25 for families, $15 for singles.
