TOPEKS CAMPING CLUB MINUTES
April 26, 2025
Melvern Lake – Outlet Park

Opening: Acting President Dean Porter called the meeting to Order at 6:03 pm.

 

Roll Call was completed by Acting Secretary Kristen Christensen. A total of 11 families were present for the meeting.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as sent out by Terry Christensen.

 

Treasurer Report: Treasurer Russ Thomann gave the Treasurer’s Report:

Beginning Balance         $ 885.29

Deposits               $ 0.00

Petty Cash                $ 65.00

Expenditures - Pork       -$ 60.00

Ending Balance                $ 890.29

 

Guests: Russ Fritz’s mother, Judy.

 

Old Business: None.

 

Announcements:

David Robinson will be having knee surgery.

 

David R. was Champion of Corn Hole.

Russ T. was Champion of the Color Match game.

 

New Business:

Jack and Teresa Diaz got a new camper.

They will have an open house in June.

 

Meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
