Opening:  Meeting was called to order by President Dean Porter at 5:30 p.m.


Roll Call:  A total of 5 families were present, per Secretary Nicole Thompson.

 

Guests: None

 

Treasurer Report:        Given by acting Treasurer, Dean Porter:

Checking  $  572.55

                     Deposits  $    0.00(Dues)

                     Expenses  $ -  0.00(Food)

                    Balance   $  572.55

Old Business: None.

 

 

New Business:

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as sent out by Terry.

 

The June Birthdays and Anniversaries were recognized.

 

Announcements: 

Tie Dyeing of white Topeks tees will be done at the July campout.

 

NEXT CAMPOUT: 

Clinton Lake – Cedar Ridge  – July 26 - 28, 2024

Dinner will be Pulled Pork sandwiches (ThompsonŐs).  Last Names A – L bring a Side Dish and  M – Z bring a Desert.
