Opening: President Shannon Thompson called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

Roll Call: Roll Call was taken by Kristen Christensen with 10 families present.

Guests: None.

Treasurer Report: Russ Thomann sent the Treasurer’s Report:

Checking $ 721.25

Expenses - $ 0.00

Deposit + $ 0.00

Balance $ 721.25

Old Business: Thanks to all who helped with the Taco meal in September. All the donations were appreciated.

New Business:

We finalized the 2026 Camping dates and locations.

Officers elected at the meeting were: Teresa Diaz – President, Terry Christensen – Vice President, Newsletter and Webmaster,

Kristen Christensen – Secretary and Kim Hauser – Treasurer.

Halloween activities included a Costume Parade, Trick-or-Treating, Painting Halloween cookies and Halloween Bingo.

It was cold, rainy and windy, but we still had fun.

Best Youth Costume was awarded to Wyatt Wachsnicht, grandson of Kerry and Kim Hauser.

Best Adult Costume was awarded to Danette Robison.

Best Camper Decoration was awarded to Kerry Hauser.

Best Chili was awarded to Terry Christensen.

October Birthdays and Anniversaries were3 recognized.

CHRISTMAS PARTY: DECEMBER 7^th 1:00 – 3:00 PM

Calvary Lutheran Church at 43^rd and North Topeka Blvd, Topeka KS

Please bring finger foods to share. The $5 - $7 gift exchange will include presents beginning with the letter ‘T’.

Also remember to bring an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots.

The Christensen’s will pick up some deserts to share.
