TOPEKS CAMPING CLUB MINUTES
Saturday, July 27^th, 2024
 Clinton Lake – Cedar Ridge

Opening: President Dean Porter called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m.

Roll Call:    Roll Call was completed by Secretary Nicole Thompson.

A total of 12 families were present for the meeting.

 

Guests: Chip and Misty Smith, Derrek and Rhannon Carlson.

 

Treasurer Report:

Beginning Balance    $ 572.55

Announcements: The tie-dying of the white Topeks tees went well.

Everyone should wear them at the next meeting in July.

 

The August Birthdays and Anniversaries were celebrated.

 

The meal and meeting were postponed due to heavy rain.

Pomona Lake – Michigan Valley, August 23 - 25, 2024

Dinner will be Bring Your Own Hot Dogs / Brats. The Club will provide buns and condiments.

Last names A – L should bring a desert and M – Z should bring a side dish.
