Opening: The meeting was called to order by President Dean Porter

at 1.09 p.m.

 

Roll Call:    Roll Call was completed by Secretary Nicole Thompson.

A total of 12 families were present for the meeting.

 

Treasurer Report: Treasurer Russ Thomann gave the Treasurer’s Report.

 

Beginning Balance         $ 885.29

Deposits               $ 0.00

Expenditures         $ 0.00

Ending Balance           $ 885.29

Guests: None.

 

Old Business: None.

 

Announcements:

Leo announce that he will be selling bags of Vidalia Onions as a fundraiser in May. See Leo for details.

 

Laurie had pneumonia and was in the hospital. She is doing better now.

 

New Business:

The January, February and March Birthdays and Anniversaries were recognized.

 

Pulled Pork will be switched to the August campout and BringYourOwn Hot Dogs/Brats will be switched to the July campout.

 

Meeting was adjourned at 1:16 p.m.
